You will more than likely find your issue has already been addressed on this website and save yourself time by checking my site first.

If you’re an existing design and/or hosting client paying your invoice — complete the Invoice Number and the Web Site Name fields. If you are making a website development retainer payment — enter your business or website name in the “Website Name” field. In both cases, when you reach the payment processing page, enter the dollar amount you are remitting and continue with the payment process.

OFFSITE BACKUPS for WordPress Based Websites

Proper maintenance of a website includes performing regular backups. If you have to do this manually, it’s likely not going to get done — or at least not done often enough. If your site crashes or gets hit by hackers and you don’t have the most recent backup, you have a lot of work  ahead of you (and potentially significant cost!) to put things back the way they were. Don’t forget the down time while you’re trying to put Humpty Dumpty together again.

You can help protect your WordPress website by selecting one of our low cost automatic backup plans. We’re sorry but the backup only works with WordPress. Set-up is Free and so is your first month of service!

The fees listed below are per month not per-backup . Backup plans are billed quarterly, semi-annually or annually. My hosting packages are geared to provide you with a realistic amount of server space and an abundance of tools with which to administer your site. Your site will be hosted on a Virtual Private Server (VPS) which is the closest you can come to a dedicated server minus the high price dedicated servers command. The server provides an excellent “up-time” average of 98-99% and tech support is top of the line!

If you don’t find a pre-set package that fits your needs, do not complete the hosting registration form at this time. Instead, contact me specifically outlining your hosting requirements and I’ll will create an inexpensive custom hosting plan for you. More information regarding the services provided with your hosting account are listed in the plan descriptions. Let me know If you have questions and I’ll do my best to answer them for you.

Account Payment & Activation

When I receive your hosting registration form and initial pre-paid hosting fees, your registration will be reviewed. Why? I do not host adult content, immoral or otherwise offensive sites — in order to protect my business and existing clients — this review is a necessary step. Should your account registration be denied for any reason, your payment will be returned to you in the same fashion it was submitted.

Most accounts are set up and activated within 12 hours or less. You can potentially have your completed web site online in less than a day!

You may select from a quarterly, semi-annual or an annual payment plan. Annual payment plans are discounted 5%. I offer the ability to pay online with a major credit card or PayPal account funds. If you prefer, check or money order mail-in payments are also accepted. Registrations paid by check or money order will be honored after your paper payment clears my bank.

A minimum of at least a quarterly payment is required before your account will be activated. Any credit for pro-rating the current month’s services will be applied on your next billing. Please review the Billing Policy before registering for your account.

There are several forms on our site, each one is dedicated to an individual service. Each service requires different information. Please utilize the proper form. If you use the incorrect form, we’ll be forced to redirect you to the correct form for your specific inquiry which will delay our response to your original inquiry and helps to prevent your submission from being classified as spam which is discarded before we see it.
